FAQs

  • How long is the gift card valid?

    All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This gives the recipient plenty of time to choose the perfect sunny day during our diving season.

  • How will the gift card be delivered?

    Immediately after purchase, you will receive a high-resolution, printable PDF gift card via email. You can either forward it digitally to the recipient or print it out to present in person!

  • How does the recipient redeem their gift card?

    Redeeming is simple! The recipient just needs to visit our website and they will be able to use it during the reservation process, or contact us via WhatsApp/Email with their unique voucher code (printed directly on their card) to book their preferred date and time slot.

  • Does the recipient need their own equipment?

    Not at all! For all snorkeling trips and beginner diving experiences (Discover Scuba Diving) or courses, full equipment rental is included. Certified divers can either bring their own gear or rent high-quality equipment directly at our center.

  • What if I buy a specific activity, but the recipient wants to do something else?

    No problem! The value of the gift card can easily be applied toward any other experience, dive program, or course we offer. If they decide to upgrade (for example, moving from snorkeling to a full scuba course), they just pay the difference.

  • Do they need any prior experience or swimming skills?

    • For Snorkeling: No prior experience is needed! Basic comfort in the water is all that’s required, and we provide floating aids and guidance.
    • For Beginner Dives (Discover Scuba Diving): No previous diving experience is necessary—our instructors guide them every step of the way.
    • For Guided Dives: Certified divers require a valid scuba certification card (PADI, SSI, NAUI, etc.).
